Good place to visit if you are looking for authentic japanese food and interior

Though this Japanese restaurant serves meal with NO PARK nor Lard, but they serves alcohol . It's a bit secluded from outside, once you enter the first thing you see is this bar, both to dine in or to have drinks.There are separators between table perhaps for customers have a bit of privacy. But a bit harder for us to call waitress if we wish to have more orders or have our bills. The appearance of the meals serves to us are pretty especially for photos. But most of them are too salty. My favorite are beef hamburg (though it seems a bit overcooked) and takoyaki is the best. Sushi are fresh but the taste just so so. If you wish to dine here during lunch hour together with friend, I recommend you to order package menu.

We used separated private room, and apparently that was good idea. The tatami mat just reminded me of the days in Japan and it was cost 200R. We just happened to have birthday party there, and they kindly kept our cakes which bought outside cold and served.

Somewhat Japanese restaurant ambience ,Standard taste nothing special , lunch set is not satisfying, ala carte also just to ordinary, overpriced for this kind of serving in 2018, the drinks taste good but very little alc , you just need to spend more and more !

You can eat authentic Japanese cuisine in kushimusubi! The staffs there are so kind and warm.

Affordable price with real Japanese food. All foods is using no pork and lard. The person worries about it also can eat. Two separated private rooms is available. Highly recommend negishio sasami with the coldest Bintang beer in Indonesia. You should definitely go if you are living in Jakarta

The food was great and the service was excellent. The food portion was not big, but then again it isn't a place for dining. It's a place to hangout and talk to each other over some beer or sake. Anyway, I recommend the hanpen. Must try!

I got new LEMON SOUR and it was awsome which is not on the menu now so I am really lookong forward to drink it again😍😍😍😍💓🙋💓💓💓 Also, I really like the atmosphere here.

I like the food but the waitress not good like they didn’t respect not friendly not smile even we ask them they didn’t answer to us especially we are Indonesian I come here many times even though not only me my friends also feel the same , but for Japanese people they’re so nice and polite I don’t know what they meant is or they think we can’t pay ? But honestly they manager more friendly. Sorry for giving bad review but if not always like this again and again I wouldn’t say this .

Yakitori place, and more Japanese foodThe only Japanese resto in Jakarta (that I know) that built a tile roofed wall inside the restaurant, reminds me of Himeji castle. Kushimushubi has a wide and deep variety of food, although mostly are Japanese skewers (yakitori). Had some grilled okra and garlic, and grilled mackerel (saba fish). Kushimushubi is quite pricey, if you look for cheaper price but good quality, you might need to go next door, Kaihomaru.

The interior was so Japanese. They make minimal lighting in whole restaurant. The taste of the food is not bad. I like the yakitori and grilled fish (forget the name).

This place is one of my go-to dining places on the weekends. If youre a fan of izakaya, then this place is for you. If youre a sushi fans but just want to snacking out, then this place is also for you. However if youre hungry and expecting sushi in a big portion then you might want to consider to choose other sushi places

Cozy Japanese Restaurant

Our lunch experience at Kushimusubi Sachi Citywalk Sudirman was so Japanese. Minimum serving of side dishes, rice bowl, soup and the main. We had meat and fish mains to share and the hamburger grill was superb. Amazingly thick exterior, tender and juicy inside. However, the experience was less pronounced on the fish grill - as it had some fishy aftertaste.

What a hidden gem! The main food was great! Love their curry and tsukemen, so flavorful yet still light so it won't make you feel like it's too much. But their champion was the kushi and yakitori series! The gyutan is their best! The chicken series (skin, gizzard, livers) are really good, having no smell at all, the texture also amazing!Don't miss this restaurant when you go to Citiwalk Sudirman!

Authentic Japanese restaurants with separated cubicles and private rooms. The gyutan was a bit hard to chew but the rest was delicious.

Came here for family lunch so we ordered quite a few items. Yakitori is great. Tuna on rice not so: thin slices of meat and using just regular rice (warm rice!). Had some deep fried minced chicken also quite good. Cold soba so-so. Hot udon quite good. All and all not bad. But personally I would stick to cooked dishes here, which I think is their stronger point. Sake I didnt have, but I saw many many kinds.

This is great restaurant of Jakarta. Good Japanese seasonal food and good hospitality of staff and clean facilities. And price is reasonable.I recommend Chawan mushi. It is one of representative food of Japan.

Environment very stuffy and ventilation is quite bad. The food is very average.
